  1. Wash: Fresh Face Wash

    Massage a small amount onto damp skin, then rinse and pat dry. It washes away dirt, oil and makeup.

  2. Refine: Niacinamide Serum

    Tap a pea-sized amount onto your face and neck. Its 10% niacinamide minimizes the look of pores and reduces the look of oily shine.

  3. Hydrate: Hyaluronic Serum

    Last, massage a small amount into your skin until absorbed. It hydrates skin for a smoother, plumper look.

Where do I start?

Fresh Face is a routine in three steps, morning and night: wash with Fresh Face Wash, refine with Niacinamide Serum, then hydrate with Hyaluronic Serum. You can use all three, or any of them on its own. Each product page lists what it is, how to use it and its warnings. A product marked Coming soon can’t be ordered yet: leave your email on its page and we’ll let you know when it launches.

What should I know before I use them?

All three are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

New to Niacinamide Serum? Patch test it before first use: apply a little to your inner arm and wait 24 hours.

If your skin reacts, stop using the product. If the reaction is severe or doesn’t go away, talk to your doctor. Please report it to us too.

How does the subscription work?

When a subscription is offered, choose it on the product page and we’ll send you a new supply on the schedule shown. It renews automatically at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable tax and shipping, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime online: log in to your account and choose Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops future charges. There are no cancellation fees.
